  1. You can camp right in Craig. You might find info on the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks web site. I can provide more info & pics if you would like to text me your cell #. My # is 4038283292 Bob
  2. Seagull took my City Worker off the surface of the water , I brought him in to the net, but he broke off trying to get him into the net because we wanted to get the fly out of him. He flew away seemingly fine with my freshly tied fly .
  3.  have a RIO Scandi Short 240 gr. If still looking $55.00. Hasn’t been used much due to the fact I don’t use the rod I bought it for much, so still in like new condition.

  4. Home Depot, they come in interlocking squares, you can trim to fit
  5. Very nice, well done!
  6. Steelhead in Ontario, maybe better #’s of fish
  7. Drive by both Bass Pro & Cabelas on the way to Fish Tales
  8. Ya, I went for a drive & saw the same thing. RV’s everywhere. I’ve been fishing up there for 20+ years & came away with the thought that this maybe my last trip.
  9. RIO 4 weight Scandi Versitip kit is great on this rod.
  10. WTH, I’m going for a walk. Thanks
  11. It would be nice to take a short drift after work or late afternoon on a nice evening.
  12. Nice!
  13. Just go to RIO's How to series. Simon tells you everything you need to know about fishing wet flies. Pretty easy.
  14. Most of this has been sold
  15. Just animal bones & modern day relics (garbage).
  16. Monger’s swivel works great also & can be bought locally.
  17. First Fly Rod ever was an Orvis Far & Fine, which I still have, Rod Building Class, & Fly Fishing school with a manual to keep, which I still have also. Great Memories, Thank you to all the staff over the years.
  18. Jeez, I'm getting sick of all this kind of crap!
  19. Sounds right to me.
  20. Unfortunately not all who do this will get this message, it's Kayakers, Splash & Gigglers in rubber toys, not always drift boats, but good on you to get it out there again.
  21. Check out Clackacraft for their Zigco Anchor Pulley system or SpinRX on Amazon.
  22. Just one thing to think about, & that is where are you going to use it. I have a Clackacraft drift boat & for most waters a skiff would do the job but there has been the odd time where I put water over the bow & with a skiff it would have been a whole lot more water that what it was. So if you think that maybe in the future you might be venturing into some little wilder water then the drift boat is the answer. As far as what skiff I was sold on the Adipose & was very close to pulling the trigger on one except for the above reason & the price that the new Clack was in comparison. Adipose has just announced a new boat with a higher front but the same layout as the skiff, which might be something to look into it's called the Runoff.
  23. Exactly the same as you, outdoors, cleaned it up good, & put it to bed for the winter hibernation.
  24. What looked like quite a few redds to me in a very popular side channel in Fish Creek, a couple just like the picture of Marc's that people need to steer clear of. They are very easy to spot, so should be no excuse except for the uneducated, which at that spot there are many.
