  1. I'll start off on #4.
  2. http://flyfishcalgary.com/catch_and_release.php ?
  3. Step 2 here shows the screw to remove the hard drive cover. http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/Tosh...1/tecraS1_1.htm Install Windows first. I'm guessing there's a bunch of drivers for your specific laptop on the other disc.
  4. Also think shiny because of the gas film around the chronomid. I use a basic pattern that has a shiny bead, thread as a base, a wrap of silver or pearl tinsel anti-static bag, or something similar, then wire over body with peacock herl just below the bead. If the fish are keyed in it usually produces a strike within seconds of hitting the water.
  5. The WF line and postive stop as Colin mentioned should also help with shooting. Remember to stop high and make the rod do the work - its a spring and should unload itself when you stop, you shouldn't be forcing it down any further
  6. I used kool-aid for polar bear as well (same process with the vinegar, heat etc) and had good results, getting a bright orange.
  7. Who did you buy the rod from? I know fishtales will do the replacement if you bought it from them.
  8. Happy bday! If we're looking for the party can we just follow the fire trucks?
  9. Yes, I've seen it at fishing stores, Canadian Tire, and grocery stores.
  10. CP has them on their online store. Even Troutfitters website is gone now, so don't waste the gas to make a trip down there.
  11. Unfortunately, probably is true. Also unfortunately, a Darwin award was not handed out.
  12. Dave - April 19 - Boy Darren - April 22 - Girl
  13. I've found the tungsten soft sheets (rubberized material) at The Fishin Hole, but its a bit tricky to work with, because if you use too much tension on your thread you'll just end up cutting through the sheet.
  14. I've been on their "mailing list" for a few months now, and have only received one email - about customer appreciation day. It's not like you're getting spam from 2500 different addresses or won't be taken off if you ask Dave or Nancy nicely.
  15. Time for our April or May 20 cm dump of snow....any time now.....
  16. You might try putting a drop on the back of the bead and letting it flow down the bead and in.

    Goodbye

Very sorry for your loss Gary.
  18. http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&ie=UT...mp;t=h&z=17 Just off Macleod and Dunbow.
  19. I'd be up for it!
  20. This would be a great opportunity - let us know when you have the details.
  21. It's also illegal to buy, sell, or trade them without a license, so if they did it this would also be an offence if they were paid to do it and didn't have the commercial license to do so.
