  1. Iron Bow & Country Pleasures both have or did have them.
  2. No shoulder issues, but I would recommend a wide strap for the shoulder that spread the weight around & wont dig in. I have the Orvis Guide Sling Pack.
  3. I like a Slingpack.I also had the shoulders & neck from the vest & with 2 hand casting the sling is out of the way
  4. I met a fellow in Montana who built his out of PVC tubes, military ammo boxes, & ordinary roof racks. The tubes were bolted down on the roof rack on the roof & he attached the rear rack to rack like a ladder rack in the box of the pickup. The ammo boxes were then used on the reel end of the rods which he could lock with a padlock. I use to have a picture of because I was going to build the same setup, but I because I sliding window & a cap on my truck I went with a Rod Loft which would let me haul 6 strung up rods, but the most I have done is 4. Works nice because the truck is all blacked out & no one knows they are even there.

  8. Found a pretty good size leak in waders yesterday, so was wondering if anyone has any experience with repair kit you get with your waders & what kind of luck you had. Thanks
  9. Cervus Equipment, the John Deere dealer out by Crossiron mall has John Deere & Ariens snowblowers in the showroom. Wasnt paying attenion to the price but they have quite a few.

  11. Very nice, cool shots, like to see more.
  12. I thought I heard east of Okotoks.
  13. I like the Rio Streamer tip type 3. When casting to the bank I can strip in right away or let it sink for a sec or so depending on the depth, easy to mend & it doesnt wear you out when repetitive casting from a boat.
  14. Interesting read. I drive to Montana a couple of times a year & enjoy some great days.
  15. Looks like it will be great, looking forward to seeing it. Jim back on television is long overdue, his old show Iron Blue Flyfishing set the standard that still hasnt been equaled.
  16. Battery Pack, and when you do make sure you have the compatable back door, the early ones came with the door that fit the earlier cameras. The battery packs are the same but the doors arent. You can email GoPro & they will send you a new door at no charge, but takes a couple of weeks to get.
  17. I fish with both, it depends on the water conditions, & the fly.
  18. Fish Tales, talk to Kurtis.
  19. If you want try a soft mid section Sage, you should look at a 699. I have one you can borrow & give it a try. Bob
  20. MEC has some good high quality pulleys, got mine there, no tangles since.
