  1. No smell, and check out beneath the arch re TV. What kind of music does your wife like to sing?
  2. Black D and Turner V are great and good music about, we love Okotoks and easy access to all. Nanton is nice too.
  3. BTT. Thanks for the pics Ralph. Just a bump in case anyone else has one since the original post.
  4. Howdy Members. Just to put it out there, I am looking for a well kept used 3/4 ton 4x4 and camper. Can be a set or sep. Feel free to post or pm me if you have any info. Thx Paul
  5. Thanks for the info Lornce
  6. You have to start with an asking price somewhere. Make an offer to see where he says yes. Only one way to find out.
  7. To you members out there who are obviously knowledgeable in this area, I saw a couple of interesting rods tonight. One was made by Major Rods and was Canadian. The other rod I thought was glass and what I could read on it was, Deluxe Fishin, Maybe also said Bar Hollow Glass, but was not clear. Any info on them? I may be interested in the latter, but wanted to see if I could get him some info on the Major for him.
  8. Tough time to move here.
  9. In my opinion Nucleus is the best. Cadvision and Nucleus were the 2 originals in Calgary and Telus bought Cadvision. I wouldn't give Telus any business anytime. Don't get me started on them, I could write a book. They also have a great tech support and do repairs cheaper and better than anyone.
  10. Agreed, the dollar SUCKS BIGTIME. We are currently in Mazatlan and I feel Mexico now is best bang for the buck.
  11. Yes very sad news. I also met him at the show on the booth. Nice man. Heartfelt thoughts go out to his family and friends.
  12. Merry Christmas and a Great 2016 of fishing. Starting my year with 5 weeks of fishing in Mexico. Making up for lost time as 2 torn knees have kept me off the water. Should be eating Snapper by New Years
  13. You make killer sausage. Likely any type would be good.
  14. Bwahahaha. It was actually pretty good, but a 6 lb duck doesn't have a lot of meat, and can't believe how thick the skin is. But you are right, it's not a steak. Next time I will likely buy a small roast.
  15. Decided to go oven route this time with a mix of herbs and spice and orange in the cavity. Lots of basting too. Thanks Doc.
  16. Never cooked a duck before. Can and will look at internet , but I know there are good cooks, a chef or two, hunters and many good eaters on this site.. I am thinking on the rotisserie of my new gas BBQ, but I would welcome any recipes and suggestions. YUM Thanks
  17. Back at you Sir, and to all members and families. Paul
  18. Either way, Best of luck with the results, so you can get back to the water.
  19. Thanks Doc, this one was not telescopic. Didnt see a name of rod on it. Could not imagine what a steel rod would feel like casting.
  20. Was in a store and spotted a Richardson Rod and Reel Co Chicago vintage appr 9 ft 4 pce fly rod. I thought it was fibreglass but upon research read they made steel rods. Do any of you know about this company and rod?
