I was drawn for Muley buck so I will concentrate on that early season with the bow and later with the 270 weatherby mag if needed. I 999d most of the rest as I prefer to concentrate on one species as time is limited and fall fishing is the best and I can always chase whitetails or perhaps I will get drawn for archery antelope which is a blast. Monger which tikka do have I have a couple of M55s in .338win mag and 30.06 for the bigger brute hunting. Good hunting to all
Can not speak from experience but having a number of buddies and sibblings who have done one or both I have noticed that the ones who were serious about rehab ie... commited to it have faired much better than those who did not take the rehab seriously!
Yes it was a shocker when i got the news this morning, was in the shop last week just after Gord got back from Cuba too bad the permit weren't more coopertive on his last outing... I will tip a few rums for him! Rest In Peace Gordon
Here's a few of the better ones Dee Chatani, Jeff Thompson, Terry Johnson, Aaron Caldwell, Dave Sewell all with loads of experience on all techniques, punctual and more importantly fish on their days off!
Studs work great if you are still inclined to wear felts which are still the best when they are new. Just remember not to step on your line and bring a peice of carpet if someone invites you for a drift in their boat as studs rip up boat floors quickly or better yet invest in a set of those fancy pataguici crampons which are easy to remove when needed
I have fished a lot out of a kayak over the years without any incidents mostly on lakes but I have used it on the flats at Carseland, it made it very easy to sneak up on sippers from below. I would love to try one of these on the flats in the Bahamas or Cuba..... poor mans flats boat
