  1. I guess there wasn't a caveat as to what method (but seeing that this is a fly fishing board )... That sure is a nice spinning rod/reel in the background!! P
  2. Terry, Maybe contact Kip (Fishguide76) at Kimball Sports out of Cardston. As a rafting company he has probably repaired his share of urethane bladders so might have what you are looking for and also might save you a trip north!! Other then that, possibly Aquabatics or Undercurrents in Calgary or one of the Outcast Dealers. P
  3. Weekend Rick, weekend... You think we all just sit around and bake tofu chocolate cheesecake?! Sheesh!! P
  4. Gee Rick, are you now a wannabe moderator (we all know you are a wannabe fly fisher)! P
  5. With the knowledge that I will probably get mocked for posting this, I'll post it anyway... I have a recipe for a Tofu Chocolate Cheese Cake if any one is interested (it's good! Really, it is!)? P
  6. Hey Firefrog... Halloween was last weekend!! (insert gay pokey thing) Personally, I beleive that some people are "tuned in" and some are not... I have some really weird stories that my sister's best friend has experienced in their house and if i didn't know her for 35+ years I would call bullshit!! Also my aunt tells a geat story about an elderly man (neighbor of theirs on the farm in Duck Lake Sask that had died) that used to sit a the end of the bed... I'm sure there is a lot of people that milk this kind of stuff for profit which ruins all the legitimate people from telling about their experiences... P
  7. Very cool!! I'll be 1st in line to take a big dump, since I'm so full of $hit! LoL!! P
  8. Not just seniors... I think a lot of "people" in general have the same sense of entitlement! Also, if this is the way the gov't is handling this resource, it should be like any other "contractual agreement" and we should be able to fire them (for mismanaging it)!! P
  9. Yeah, the dead give away was "Tofu Suzuki"!! LoL P
  10. Wow! F & W drops the ball again, eh (but it's easy for me to criticize)! A "first year" Educational Sign - what a missed opportunity for a continual/ous educational opportunity and a waste of tax dollars if it was just intended for 1 year! P
  11. Wow! Talk about an "enforcement"/logistical nightmare!! They don't have enough CO's with the way things are now and the whole system "has gone to pot" (re: enforcement) so adding a different levels of licensing will just make things worse IMHO... *edit* Keep it simple! if you fish in AB, you require a license! Period! P
  12. Therefore, should people under the age of 16 pay as well?! P
  13. Clive/Al, I guess this sign will have to be replaced next season, with the date included... Are you not able to just include the regs and no date, that way the sign doesn't need to be replaced/updated every season saving $ on maintenance, reprinting, etc?! P
  14. This is a total joke, right?! P
  15. I've had to reinforce my seams in the past and just use aquaseal... P
  16. Details man! Details! P
  17. I have a sledge hammer and a claw I can bring down?! P
  18. We use "CutePDF Writer" here at work (http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/Writer.asp)... Don't know much about it except that it works! And was less expensive then Acrobat (I guess it's free)... Not sure how it would work on a touch screen, but it goes through the printer (I'm no techie guy)?! Worth looking into.. P
  19. Maybe the signs should be a bit more engaging?! For example have a sign at the beginning of the road, "Do you know the regs for this lake"?! Then another... "Are you sure?!", as the regs have changed for this lake!", and then they lead to a larger sign that lists the regs and highlights the changes... Just a thought/idea! P
  20. Kudos!! I guess you have WAY more scruples then a professinal hockey player that plays in Calgary!! LoL P
  21. Not interpreting your response as fighting at all!! (insert gay pokey thing) You are intitled to an opinion as am I as is everyone LoL P
  22. Being one of the 1st to use it with Mike this past weekend... It kicks a$$!! Really well done seeing that it was made the evening before and designed "on the fly" (no pun intended)!! Great job Mike, I'm sure you will get a bunch of requests to adapt the design to a drift boat!!!! P
  23. Brad, I wasn't in the previous e-mail, nor am I now disagreeing with you!! My response was giving details on the situation at the Sheldon Chumir Centre - which is a "health care facility" - office staff, and clinical and/or frontline staff two different scenarios... But seeng that it is a "health care facility" statistically would come into contact with ill, high risk people a bit more frequantly then retail staff (not saying that there is not a chance that retail staff wouldn't come into contact with ill people)... So would think that (personal opinion here) the front line "health care" staff are a bit higher priority then pegnant women (who's immune system is heightened to begin with more so then the average person) just for the fact that if they are sick, they cannot take care of people/patients/clients, etc. that have become ill. Office staff compleatly different story, as I mentoned already! Now I don't have the specifics of what happend at the Sheldon Chumir, but from what I heard expost facto (and 2nd hand) that the clinical staff did it on their own for the clinical staff and I'm sure the support staff totally mooched in (wouldn't you?!). P
  24. Well, depenging on which department, I guess... Receptionists certainly deal with the sick (though differently then the clinical staff, but are exposed more then the average person) which is different then someone that works behind the scenes. In the case of my GF, she's a Psychologist and councils a high risk group directly, so I'd say definitely high(er) risk! P
