Howdy All, I am aware that when you purchase a home in BC, you pay a 1% real estate fee tax. Does anyone know if any other provinces have this tax as well? Thanks

Have an original water paint, and several prints. Diane is my favorite, and she and Dennis are the nicest folks around.I have no doubt I will buy more for the new man cave.

Howdy FFC Folks, I touched on this re Magic Jack earlier, and want to expand. Leaving Telus for many reasons, and I am aware of Vonage, Shaw, and Magic Jack for phone providers. What do you members find re the provider you use, and are there others you folks feel I should investigate, and what features do you like about them? Thanks

It is my time of year to clean my rods, service and clean reels and most needed re organize my fly boxes (long overdue). I tend to cram too many flies in my boxes, and it is a bit harder to spot some wanted flies some times. I am thinking of fewer flies per box but then I carry more boxes in my vest,(to paranoid not to have them all with me.). Are you guys like me and over pack the boxes, or do you leave some room and carry spares? Wondering if I should use a diff approach to packing my flies.It seens when I select some for a day on the water, I may run out of the hot ones. What are you FFC folk doing with yours?

a diff friend told me abot Ooma as well. I recently heard the new Magic Jack does not have to be plugged in to the computer. Following up on that soon.
