  4. Just saw an episode of love my fishing, filmed on the Kamchatka and Two Yert River. Now way up there on my bucket list. Bloody amazing. I thought the Bow had monsters, it was crazy up there. Has any member been to these places?
  5. So RedBeard, Between opinions and disagreements, hopefully you will get some useful info from this thread.Use a PFD at your own discretion, but one worn is more effective than one on your boat seat or the shore. Have a great 2013 on the Bow. Time for a diff font.
  6. Don is correct, in looking for DOT Canada approved. My Mustang and Bass Pro is DOT approved, but consumer be ware and look out for the approval tag.
  7. I have regular and inflatable PFD's. Never had a problem with the inflatable in bad weather. I find them to be more comfortable than the others, not so bulky, and does not get in the way. Mustang and Bass Pro are the brands I have. I have not fallen in on a wade, but would poss expect it to inflate. Recently on a post a member said they would not buy an inflatable but did not say why. I woild be curious to hear the reason. I recommend the inflatable and prefer the optional auto and manual type.I swam all my life and still would not think of going without one. Strong swimmer or not, you never know what situation you will be in wading or boating.
  8. It is noticable, What, too much belly aching or something??
  9. You use the light so nicely. Never cease to amaze me. Likely some of the best shots I have seen on FFC, and there have been lots of good ones. Keep it up. PL

  13. And lets not forget, How Many Calgarians Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb? Wait for it, --- 10, One to change the bulb and 9 to talk about the 88 Olympics. Where is a drum and cymbal when you need one?

  18. Also consider one that matches your energy level. I also agree the Duck Toller is great or lab and lab mixes.
  19. Check out some dog rescue sites. There are a lot of great mixed breeds of medium size. As much as we have had purebreds in the past, (Mastiff and Poodle) there are a lot of options. Good Luck and Have Fun
  20. When ever I try to attach photo's, they are rejected as to large. Where do I find instructions on FFC to downsize and attach photo"s? Thanks
