This is the most ridiculous thread ever, how entitled are you that you think you can ban citizens from using the land that rightfully belongs to the citizenry. So single parent that works two jobs in this province to keep food on the table is no longer allowed in the bush? Your answer is well he/she can't afford the user fee or the time to volunteer so they can stay in the concrete jungle. This is no different than anglers rallying against rafters or jet boats because it ruins MY day of fishing. This has nothing to due with the lack of taxes no one wants to pay, this province has had days of far more than enough money to protect the environment.

you're completely correct, I have fished for bulls in Sept, I was taken to task for it and I am thankful that someone educated me on the problems I was causing.

I'm suggesting you should be aware of the impacts you are inflecting when making choices on what fish to target.... most of the creeks and rivers are closed in the spring to protect rainbows and cutts, but you can limit your exposure to bulls and browns in the fall by not fishing streamers. Ideally yes I would like to see waters closed in the fall that have spawning populations in them, there are countless other waters to get your kicks. I'm not trolling you

I'm going to be that guy. When are people going to stop targeting bulls when they are staging for spawning, catching bulls right now puts undue stress on these great fish and can cause them to for go spawning all together..... but hey you'll get a hero shot

Dungeons probably take me the longest amount of time to tie, but I don't ever do them in one move, I tie a bunch of tails, then a bunch of bodies looped to the tales, and then I do the deer hair when all the bodies are done. I find this gets me better flies because of the repetition, especially with the deer hair.

The right will be dead soon, you need to discuss this with younger folks, sooner or later the political climate will change as the vast majority of young people are more concerned with social and environmental issues rather than continuing to sell out our country to make another buck..... When I was guiding I would estimate 30% of my clients were from the oil industry and I could care less if the bottom falls out of the oil industry, I diversified my life 6 years ago. To me a cleaner world with less selling out to corporations and supporting my fellow man is far more valuable to my soul than a few more 000s in my already bursting bank account that I'll never completely utilize.
