Edit - got it translated, and I think you stand a better chance of getting fleas in your crotch, what with the company you keep!!!!! -

Ebay has them up all the time, just have to watch quality, you can order straight from the Nor-vise web site, piece at a time if needed..Norm is great to work with.. I have tied down to 22 on the small inline jaws..
-
It only takes some creative hook positioning to tie scud hooks, on the inline jaws, I do it all the time. Two ways to counter balance the fine point jaws , use the heavy second part of the SW jaws as it is heavy , or use the counter balance that is provided the one with the thin arm sticking out, you can see it on the youtube vids of the Nor-vise, or just link through the Nor-vise site. Price - some how I never get the high price (600$) on the web site it does not look to add up to that much, I must be missing something?

A solider, Christmas, and Jesus Most of you might have seen this before, but it always puts a lump in my throat, Ann and I would always bring home any of the single guys from my unit that could not get home or did not have any one to go home to, always gave them their own stocking. I am truly going to miss that, this and every year. Damn screen is getting blurry, Please read and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS, and HAVE A HAPPY HEALTHY NEW YEAR HE is the reason for the season! The Night Before Christmas T'was the night before Christmas, He lived all alone, In a one bedroom house, Made of plaster and stone. I had come down the chimney, With presents to give, And to see just who, In this home did live. I looked all about, A strange sight I did see, No tinsel, no presents, Not even a tree. No stocking by the mantle, Just boots filled with sand, On the wall hung pictures, Of far distant lands. With medals and badges, Awards of all kinds, A sober thought, Came through my mind. For this house was different, It was dark and dreary, I found the home of a soldier, Once I could see clearly. The soldier lay sleeping, Silent, alone, Curled up on the floor, In this one bedroom home. The face was so gentle, The room in such disorder, Not how I pictured, A Canadian soldier. Was this the hero, Of whom I'd just read?, Curled up on a poncho, The floor for a bed? I realized the families, That I saw this night, Owed their lives to these soldiers, Who were willing to fight. Soon round the world, The children would play, And grownups would celebrate, A bright Christmas Day. They all enjoyed freedom, Each month of the year, Because of the soldiers, Like the one lying here. I couldn't help wonder, How many lay alone, On a cold Christmas Eve, In a land far from home. The very thought brought A tear to my eye, I dropped to my knees, And started to cry. The soldier awakened, And I heard a rough voice, 'Santa, don't cry. This life is my choice. I fight for freedom, I don't ask for more, My life is my God, My country, my corps.' The soldier rolled over, And drifted to sleep, I couldn't control it, I continued to weep. I kept watch for hours, So silent and still, And we both shivered, From the cold night's chill. I didn't want to leave, On that cold, dark night, This guardian of honor, So willing to fight. Then the soldier rolled over, With a voice, soft and pure, Whispered, 'Carry on Santa, It's Christmas Day, all is secure.' One look at my watch, And I knew he was right, 'Merry Christmas my friend, And to all a good night.' This poem was written by a peace keeping soldier stationed overseas.

But But But they are native to North America !!!!!!!! hahaha I agree, never said I did not, just do not agree with the extermination of the ones already here for the last 80 - 100 years.... I know that is not what this thread is about, but it is something that some biologists, non-biologist types would like to see.. Even if it would be for their own entertainment so to speak!!! -

Searching For The Perfect Steak
flyfishfairwx replied to Tungsten's topic in General Chat - Not Fishing Related (NFR)
Again I was going to stay out of this one but here it goes.. Best steaks in order 1. moose 2.Elk 3.Whitetail. 4. Superstore Marinading steak, the one with all the fat in the meat(marbling), two bones= flavour, rind of fat along the outside, more flavour, and around 4-5 bucks a lb.. Bar-B-que hot, Montreal Steak spice, , tinfoil onions and mushrooms with lots of butter and garlic, turn the steak over once each side. if you want the hash marks like the fancy dancy places do, then lift steak and move half turn to the right and then do the same on other side. Baked potatoes in the microwave, be sure to put a hole in them or they blow up (seriously ), or more tinfoil and do them on the BBQ but I like all the room for the steak, and fire too hot.. Damn thing is when I turn 50, I will have to reduce my red meat intake. :$*%&: -

This is the reason I would never ever call a sports celebrity, of sports figure a "hero" never ever, they are just people who happen to have a talent, that is it. Not my definition of hero, or somebody to worship or to be envious of .. just saying that is all.. Might be a bit heavy but just the way I see it... This guys are heroes to me.. http://www.calgarysun.com/news/memorial/20...2/10223286.html
