This topic seems to come up quite a bit.Most if not all people have no clue when it comes to etiquette.This is what i do,i give them a minute or two to ask if they can join.If they don;t ask and continue to BS about other stuff i ask them what there intentions are.I let them no that i don't mind if you join in just give me some room.Or better yet i ask them,you're not thinking of fishing here without asking are you,cause that would be rude.More often then not they walk away or we have a good time fishing.

Wally world still sells them,group 27 is about 80$.I have a few of the group 31 i think they are 100$.I have one that is 4 years old and no problems yet.

The problem with a lure/fly like that is it has no natural movement.Chop the tail part off and put some marabou or rabbit then you got something.

I set the hook straight up but change to side pressure right after,to keep the fish in the water.Doesn't always work but my LDR's have gone down since i started doing this.
