Cast right reel left,can also reel right but having the rod in my left feels wrong.

Real bowriver fisherman cast right and reel left. Maybe we should start a poll.

The problem with a lure/fly like that is it has no natural movement.Chop the tail part off and put some marabou or rabbit then you got something.

I set the hook straight up but change to side pressure right after,to keep the fish in the water.Doesn't always work but my LDR's have gone down since i started doing this.

If your leader is thin then it will slide.I find it stays on the butt section(15lb)but it slides on the 6lb section.

I think the small is more sensitive,and better suited for lighter rigs.I have tank tested the large ones they hold up a ton,most of the time i find i grab the medium one.
