  1. TU won't push it...there busy with alternate agendas...when i was a member i recall talking about this area for years and they're more concerned about trophy lake management...if the "higher up members" had gotten off their high horse to defend the castle 2 years ago instead of pushing Police Lake, would we be in this position??? hence why i'm no longer a member...my angry 2 cents...
  2. you're worried now; just wait till they're all clearcut... and trying to get the castle system all C&R is like trying to take a baked ham away from Oprah...it just ain't gonna happen in our lifetime...i gave up after numerous BS replies from this joke of a government... :$*%&:
  3. all of galloup's creations are kickass in our waters for some reason...the zoo cougar is a great little pattern when used with a sink tip for all streams/lakes around here...dynamite dead drifted with a swing at the end on lower oldman so i would assume the same goes for the bow...
  4. long term rough and tumble that you can actually fish with: TFO...bragging rights for casting a fancy, expensive top end rod that'll make you cry if you even scratch it: Sage... as you can tell, i think sage is overrated...M2C...
  5. see the following links: http://www.ehow.com/about_5435869_cork-flo...e-flooring.html http://www.homemakeoverdiva.com/cork-floor...inate-flooring/ http://www.ehow.com/facts_4798504_pros-con...k-flooring.html http://www.ehow.com/facts_4813309_pros-con...e-flooring.html in a nutshell; cork is more "green" and durable but costs more and can be somewhat troublesome to install whereas laminate is more prone to scratches, dents and warping but costs less and is easier to install...spills on cork are the same as spills on any flooring (the longer it sits, the more damage is done)...hope this helps...
  6. instead of lino, to keep the floor warm and save yourself a buttload of money, go to any carpet store, pick out some of their leftover stock (usually $100-$300 for a 12'X12' piece) and some cheap underlay ($50-$100) and install carpet in the room...that way you can keep the floor warm... the reason i'm trying to steer you away from laminate is that for a temporary flooring solution, it's kind of a waste of money if you're just going to be tearing up and tossing in the near future... but if you're absolutely set on laminate, i'll check my shop and see if i have any extra stock kicking around that will fit your room size and save you some cash...PM me exact dimensions and i'll see what i can do...
  7. as a floor covering installer, i'd agree with both of these statements...if you are just using the room for the cats for the time being, i would highly recommend linoleum...for bang for your buck, pick out some discount lino from a reputable dealer...make sure the floor is prepped properly before laying any floor covering to ensure a level surface and good adhesion if you prefer to go the lino/PVC/vinyl route...then, after the fostering is done, you can prep over top of the lino for a more permanent floor covering rather than ripping out...hope this helps...
  8. if you're going to be tying on jig hooks, i'd highly recommend the 1/8 oz. Matzuo sickle hook...it's the foundation of my Burla Bug's and i swear by them...they have ultra sharp points, they don't dull out, they're not heavy wire (easier on the fish), and they don't bend out with larger fish on (something about the sickle hook design)...
  9. sorry but you have to pay for porn...lol

  15. back to my original statement...if you are counting seconds or even estimating seconds after hooking up with a big fish then there's something wrong with you...
  16. trust me chris...it's already in the works...stop being so defensive and accept other peoples opinions are just that and nothing more...you don't want to hear opinions, don't allow stupid pet peeve threads...m2c...
  17. the fact that he was counting to exactly 42 with a big fish on makes me skeptical...
  18. my pet peeves??? people who don't know how to use signal lights while driving; ignorance; people named after mexican cuisine ; and hippies (with there damn stupid hippie music--if i hear that song "Signs" one more time i'm gonna snap)...
