Playing with some bench supports,

This is a 1/4" sheet of foam sucking down a layer of glass on each side,i can then cut out my pieces.

Built a jig to hold the 2 pieces at a 90 while i fillet and tape together.

They were a little long so I cut offf 8" and gave them a test.Pretty strong considering how light they are.

Bench build,just using BB ply left over from my first build.Not concerned about weigh as this just gets tossed in the truck before i load the boat on top.

Awesome looking boat. I imagine it handles great with the size. With a boat smaller like that would you get pushed around more?

 

My buddy had an old wooden drift boat we fixed up but it was a tank, especially with 3 guys averaging about 250 lbs/person.

Not really sure but with a big guy like me up front it'll blow us around.If the winds that bad then the minncotta rows

Thanks guys,i ordered some polyurethane bed liner with rubber chunks in it for the inside floor.Should have it this week.Out side will get painted after that.

Can't wait to start doing some floats.

managed to get some time to sand and fill all the bumps and lumps,to break up the interior i painted some spots a different color.
