Ahh yes. This is the biggest email fish story I've ever seen. I've seen these pics accompanied by descriptions with varying weights, dates, and locations. First pic and second pic are not the same fish however. The top pic is a dutch fish, caught on a swimbait, not northern sask or ontario. Look at the shoreline for one...lack of pines I must say! I read about this fish a while ago in ESOX magazine. Sorry to go off...those junk emails piss me off though. esox mag

So, I hit up Travers yesterday. Fished near the spillway for a few hours and landed 3 lake whities, and missed a few more. My, buddy caught about 5 and missed quite a few as well. Those whites are alot of fun on the 5/6 wt, and were taking scuds, and or ant patterns.

I picked up so much trash this year, I should go get tested for diseases! Below bassano is the worst....interestingly enough, i find alot of cans, candy wrappers, noodle packets, and newspapers all with cantonese or mandarin on them....hmmmm........

Pikey, and lots of walleye...I actually caught a 38 inch walleye with an 18 inch girth below bassano the other day. 15.2 pounds. Not on the fly rod though. Give it a shot...clouser minnows would be a good bet.
