  1. A few more
  2. Here's a few from this year.
  3. I totally woulda' eaten that last one, that'll show those pesky aliens. Mmmmmm. Alien stew.
  4. Sweet! Awesome pics guys, those are hawgs. What a great trip. What gear did you get them on?
  5. There are no fish in Southern Alberta. We are all lying & we only fish the Red Deer river just below Dixon Dam. Just kidding Teck, if you wanna fish the Highwood, anywhere betwen Longview & Cat Creek is good. The Crow is good anywhere downsteam from E Hillcrest Bridge. Below the Lundbreck falls you will find there are Browns & Bulls (as well as everything else) but above the falls you can expect Rainbows & Rockies (*primarily*) I would suggest that if you fish the Crow & are not having much luck, move. I don't think that dries will be a way to spend much time at the moment. Call Vic at the Crowsnest Angler for more up-to-date info on the Crow, and most of all, have fun! Good Luck!
  6. Nice shots, and that rainbow looks nice & healthy. Gor anyone else's info, there are no fish South of Policeman's Flats on the Bow. So don't waste any of your time there. Good post, thanks for the report PlayDoh.
  7. Some more shots
  8. Here's a few from today. Got out with Mditel from the board & we had a great day. Good weather, nice fish, good company & unsurpassed scenery. Fish went for dries as well as nymphs, the good ol' SJW did us proud today. I hope you enjoy the pics.
  9. Esleech is totally right. Esleech & I both know this from first-hand experience. Go now or forever hold your peace.
  10. Way cool - great report. Fantastic you both got into steel. Nice pics too. Too bad you weren't lucky enough to get a Lake White or a Burbot............or a rock. Thanx for the report, glad you had a good time & got some great pics & memories. And you didn't get eaten by a big kitty.
  11. Guess I'll have to break-out the 15wt. Thanks for the update!
  12. Swweeeet. Nice pics, BBT. Nice fishies too. Looks like that first rainbow is eating a friggin' Christmas Tree!
  13. Great pics & report. I love rockies, they are great fun & often can salvage an otherwise non-fishy day.
  14. Don't watch it. I don't see watching people beat the living crap out of each other. I just don't get it.
  15. Mr. Tiger "The Hammer" Dryfly, Do you by chance have the remainder of the above photo? Or what was in it?
  16. Thanks Weedy, thanks a lot. I guess I am now relegated to #2. I hate being #2. And Rick, that 'white poofy stuff' is far too rare & exotic to use in mere gloves. As mentioned previously, it is so difficult to come by and it is a proven winner with catching exotic fish species that I reserve it's use solely for this purpose.
  17. Couldn't tell you if it's any more than a gag, but I think the guy would actually be great. I can't get enough of that show.
  18. Football in Canada is an effort to keep a few large men warm in the cold months. That's those men that are not ice-fishing with the Glenbow Flyfishing Texas Chilli Hand Warmers. Note that most CFL players are second string NFL guys that either didn't get in or got bumped down. Anyone else in the CFL is a damn good Canadian footbal player. How else would Flutie Flakes come about?
  19. It's gonna be hard casting behind me with a 1ft 0wt, but I'm up for it.
  20. Brewinup, you kill me. I am 'flush' from laughing.
  21. Rick, you might want to try ice tiddley-winks instead.
  22. Happy B-day Paul. You old coot. Even if you found an unhappily married woman tonight you wouldn't likely remember what to do with her in the first place.
  23. well... it's a short story Ha! Ladystrange, that's one of the best lines yet.
  24. I think it's a Kawi, I think a Z1000R. I forget the correct designation.
  25. Ladystrange, how is it that you can recognize him.................hmmm.
