ya those shots are great. My boy is 6 and he loves to go fishing. Only trolling the lake right now but i'm thinking of getting him a kid's fly rod. I think i heard they make those. That second shot looks like when i first got my sinking tip line.

ya for sure..but i spent the money on a sink line for my extra spool so that's what i use, and like i said there was no need to change. It was nice not to have to go through the box to find what was working.

ya...i threw one of those ones in the picture on but i didn't catch anything and it was hard to get off because of my barbs No i didn't have my sink line or i might have tried one. What i had on was working pretty well so i didn't feel a need to change. Fishfreak: It sure was nice to catch it on something i tied, if you can call wrapping wire around a hook tying. I can see why it is so addictive to you all.

hey i was just looking at that pic a little closer. Is that a cutbow? those pics of the worms and leech's made me remember that there was 2 leech's on my camera when i took that pic. They where just fallin out everywhere. Greedy pig.

Went out to the river today. It was smokin...Lost a couple of real dozies and landed 10. Caught my first fish with a worm that i tied. That felt freakin awsome. Tied it with a pair of vise grips. Thanks Wetduck for helping set me up with the materials. Lots of big fish today and all real spunky. Worm and caddis did the trick. The broonie was a rocket there's my worm Not hard to tell what this guy was eating. All that *hit in the second pic fell out of his mouth when i was taking hook out.

I wonder if i can get a Troutslayer hoodie or shirt.

shouldn't it just be a matter of common sence, When i'm in the pontoon i make every effort to stay clear of the walkers even if they are in a hole i like. I will also sometimes when i'm walking let them fish through. I don't think that in all the times i have let a drift boat cast anywhere near where i was fishing i have seen them pull a fish out where i was. I'm usually chatting with them as they float by so i'm not really fishin anyway. For the most part though the boats usually will move out far enough that they are not bothering me. They're usually gone in 30 seconds, so whats the big deal. I don't think anybody has "the right of way" on the river it's just common curtousy. Feel the love brotha's and sista's. It's a big river.
