that's funny...i blame lucky....who hijacked this into a monger is the best thread? I'd say he has some big shoes to fill but if he is 6'8 he allready fills big shoes.

shouldn't it just be a matter of common sence, When i'm in the pontoon i make every effort to stay clear of the walkers even if they are in a hole i like. I will also sometimes when i'm walking let them fish through. I don't think that in all the times i have let a drift boat cast anywhere near where i was fishing i have seen them pull a fish out where i was. I'm usually chatting with them as they float by so i'm not really fishin anyway. For the most part though the boats usually will move out far enough that they are not bothering me. They're usually gone in 30 seconds, so whats the big deal. I don't think anybody has "the right of way" on the river it's just common curtousy. Feel the love brotha's and sista's. It's a big river.

when i was down there yesterday(don't know if this has been posted allready) Chris(wetduck), told me that it is customer apprecition day today. Supposed to be some stuff on sale and some munchies. I'm going to head down around 12:30 or so. I think we might need to have a "We appreciate fish tales day"

Well there seems to be alot a different opinions about this. I do move with the fish if the fish warrents moving. I have also noticed that a few people have mentioned my line breaking. It never broke the fly just popped out which is why i asked originaly if i had put to much pressure on the fish and just pulled the fly out of its mouth. I tried the side pressure on a couple of fish the other day and it seemed to work well to move the fish where i wanted, but it was slower water and he was only 10-15 feet away from me.

Met Kyle on the river today and we fished on opposite sides of a run. He landed a couple of real butes today. Nice to meet ya and anytime you want i'll meet up with ya again.
