anyone head much on this line? there are some stuff up at speypages.. should be a gooder for tossing tips and streamers on teh bow with lightweight speys too! wil halfto get my hands on one too see how she performs! stole this off the airflo site... Tactical Steelhead Take the tight loop and casting ease of a Scandi Compact head and couple it to the versatility of a multi-tip line and you have the basis for the Airflo Tactical Steeelhead shooting head. To help cut through the wind and to make casting modest sink tips and larger flies easier, the Tactical Steelhead has a larger tip diameter than the Scandi Compact. With a smooth front taper and removable floating tip the newest two-hand line from Airflo will convert from a floating line to sink tip better than any existing line. The mint green colored heads come in a #5 weighing 400 grains all the way to a #9 weighing 670 grains. Unique to the Tactical Steelhead is the 8 foot removable ridged floating tip. The ridged tip helps anchor the cast. Airflo's indestructible heavy duty loops connect the tip to the head and the head to the running line. All sizes are made on a low stretch 30lb core. Remove the floating tip and connect your favorite sink tip and get down.

the most memorable fish for me this year wasnt one i caught but hooked! i was out on a camping trip with dub d and my baby sister katieloohoo fishing for cutties and bulls. we had all hooked some good fish over the trip and on the last day i wanted too get a gooder or two on teh line for my lil sister too reel in.. mid way through the day i felt a good grab and hooked something solid so i dished the rod off too katieloohoo.. when th fish took the first run she had too take a step forward too keep her balance.. after a few mintues she looked up at me taking pics and said "my arms hurt" i encouraged her she was doing great and keep on fighting! we got a good look at the fish and i laughed (realizing it wasnt a little bull and her 11yr old arms should hurt!) a minute or two later we landed a bull that almost broke 30"! totally capped the trip and my year! cant waite for nextyears trip!!

im all in on th korkers boots! i own the guide model with the boa laces.. hte midrange model and teh torrent wading shoe and love em all!!! the idea of being able too swap out souls when they wear out or when needing different traction on different surfaces is ey for me!!!! love the ice cleats for the winter, studded aquastealth for almost anywere and aquastealth the most for stalking trouts!!! studded felt are good too and the hikers are good when i dnt deal with big boulders! ive yet too have the boa system freeze up on me too.. works deadly! best for/during wearing th boots once they soak and stretch a bit....

i try too match my beed color too the color of my nymphs head! for some caddis mayflies and stones i will have gold copper green brownor black.. all depending on teh bugs natural color! it might help a bit but it makes me feel better knowing that they look more "real" but for years i used gold and caught tons of fish too! btu i think matching the nymphs propper color does come in handy specially in clear water conditions! for midges and emergers i like silver
