I'm pretty sure this is correct. The last true strain cutty's are in a very small tributary to the old man system.

I always found felt would get saturated with mud and algae and switched to vibram with hardbite cleats 4 years ago. I'll never look back at felt again!

General Tire AT2 are hands down the best tires I've owned. Quiet on the highway, great for light off roading

Hey Rob, the guys recommendations above will work. I'd use a 2 part rod building epoxy, easily found at fish tales or pieroway. If the fit isn't perfect you can always sand down the new rings to size.
