After digging I found this little slice of info. So does this mean that guides taking clients up into most of the high mountain streams need to purchase permits? And if so who is enforcing this? Since the rivers are all mostly blown out I spent the last two Sats fishing K-lakes and some ponds. K is in great shape and even got a couple bulls on the dry but my highlight was the big Brook I caught in a beaver pond up in K country.
