extra long hooks, tying off at the back of such hooks.......required for some of the full dress salmon flies I tie, some are as large 8/0 irons

Wondering if anyone here makes their own whip finishers. Looking info on how to for longer reach/ larger sizes. Any info or help greatly appreciated.

Looks pretty good but to me it seems to be missing something, perhaps some fibres tied in at the throat or add some rubber legs

If you are lucky you might find some Partridge down eyes somewhere , you could try looking for Kasaman doubles in the UK or Europe. Not a common hook, up eye is far more common

Ford has a program that pays for certain types of accessories, I believe it is called Mobility Access or something along that line.

I have and use all 3 mentioned, the nor is my main work horse, the Ekich is for small flies only and the rite is for spinning hair
