  1. I have a number of vests. My favorite however is Fishponds. Love their stuff....
  2. Great pictures! Looks like a blast...
  3. A sink tip is fine for the Bow, however I prefer a full sinking line....
  4. I have an Outcast Trinity Like it a lot. Very light 7 lbs and so far no issues. A little pricey I paid over $300
  5. I'm in the speed verses power camp. A quick strike is key but you don't need to rip the lips off the fish especially on light tippet.
  6. A 7 weight is good for streamers however for the Bow I prefer a 6 weight as an all around rod. If you put in long days having a little less weight is nice as well. As above a 5 weight is nice for dries on the bow or when the wind is high on the crow etc. I'm sure you are fine with what you have but it is always nice to have options.

It dries white. Use a magic marker and it comes out glossy....

Why have you heard something? Like most retail chemicals there is essentially no information.

    Midges & Ants

  11. I've been trying to get ready for some small stream stuff this summer. Midges and ants. Note: the ant was made with gorilla glue mixed with water which creates a foam. #22 black midge adult (extra fine silver wire, peacock hurl on a black thread body) #16 black ant
  12. Excellent work...
  13. Not to worry on this one. If anything it may keep people away....
  14. I'm guessing you were fishing below the waste water outlet...By the way you are suppose to shoot those ones in the head otherwise they'll eat the other fishes brains...
  15. I was down there today. Still gated....
  16. That's illegal in Canada I think!!! Lol
  17. I think you captured a common theme of a lot of posts. Made me laugh....
  18. I came across a pack around Spray lakes last year. One of my favorite animals. Beautiful to see them where they belong....
  19. Nice fish!
  20. Good idea Thanks
  21. If you don't mind me asking where do you get that kind of foam?
  22. For me its been "spotty" at best. I never plan on it working... Also generally I hate to be on the phone while fishing anyway. I have a work phone (BB) with Telus...
  23. However if people don't raise the profile of the issue by protesting, it will never hit the politicians radar....
  24. I used to use a wider variety of knots a few years ago, however I find a clinche and surgeons do in most situations. I gave up on the improved clinche when I realized if I tied the cliche properly it rarely failed for me. Hint don't pull on the tag and lubricate well. The uniknot is a good knot but takes too long to tie relative to the clinche. Nail knot for attaching your line to the backing....
