  1. Dealt with McBain in Red Deer, The Camera Store downtown, Vistek, Saneal, no issues with any of them. Kinda like The Camera Store lately though..
  2. Conklin or Anzac, the best part about being in either place is seeing it in the rear view on the way home.
  3. Brook Trout flies.

Nice. Not at all envious either..
  5. Much further south and I'd be in the U S and A. And that can wait in the car as far as I'm concerned.
  6. Took my truck a good few cranks to get going this morning, so I'd say bragging was far from it.
  7. Very carefully. Mine's hit the water on several occasions but water hasn't made it through the bag. Yet. Got a Lowepro pack that works well.
  8. Whatever you buy take it to a good tech and get it set up. Intonation, action, etc. If it's an acoustic stick some Elixir strings (or something similar) There was a guy named Peter at Guitarworks on 16th Ave that was really good, not sure if he's still there or not.
  9. For 250-300 you can easily get 2 reels that are more than adequate. I always go with 2, sometimes 3 rods rigged up with varying types of line. ***Edit, didn't see the 10 wt part. Maybe a bit more expensive since I use 8s.**
  10. I'll bring a few faves on the next outing.
  11. 40 ton.. Didn't realize that one made it in there, had some boredom on a job with "endless trouble" the other night.
  12. Awesome pics.
  13. Awesome.
  14. Posted this before.
  15. Awesome.
  16. Nice Spadefoot.
  17. Nice pics.. Walleye's teeth won't cut mono. I believe they are round.
  18. Beauty pics.
  19. I think painted is correct. I remember seeing somewhere once that they are found in limited numbers in the Milk River drainage, which I thought was a little odd.
  20. Awesome pics.
  21. Was checking that out this morning.. That would be unreal.
