done, also please note, if you do an overlay of the "Category 2" lands recently opened up to metallurgical coal mining by the UCP's rescission of the 1976 Coal Policy there is a striking correlation to the map of parks to be closed

Yep, and they were already telling mining company’s that policy would be rescinded at about the same time as the parks announcement.  Hmmm...
