Popular Post Guest ArtVandelay
My eagle eyed buddy Jayhad spotted this scene on the way fishing north of Calgary. The next day I found the kids. This is a shot from Badger Reservoir. Don't know what these two are up to ;-) This one is from down around Police Outpost. This is my first photo to make Explore on Flickr. This was taken on highway 24 just south of Carseland. As always, I hope you like at least one of these. murray
Those are great shots Neil. The pelican one is very nice but I've always liked owls more. Murray

dryfly
Lovely set. The owlet twins shot is superb. The fledgling bluebirds look stunned...because they are. Young birds take a while to learn how to feed themselves. Thanks for sharing. Nice. Real nice. Clive

Buck
Nice work Art, I'm loving the sharpness on these. Are you using an extender these days???
Muffin
Those are just amazing pictures, it is hard placed to pic a favorite. The quality and action shots are unreal. Also I think the bottom hawk just had an itch or possibly it is a back massage, lets be honest humans do it too.

Guest ArtVandelay
Thank you very much everyone for the great feedback. I have some cool storm pictures to share soon. Buck, no extender used here. All these were captured with my 70-300L. Even at 300mm, it's rarely enough for bird photography. Fortunately, 20 MP allows for a good amount of cropping.
