I started fly fishing when i was 10 years old. my dad and uncle had my brother and i out casting on the lawn for hours. once we got good enough at casting they took us with them. first trip would have been beaver ponds for brookies. i took 2 years off so that would leave 9 years fishing. by the way i have always lived within walking distance to the river, so im on it about 4 days a week.

mtb. how far did away did they shoot. im planing on getting a zodiac so that i can fish the lower section along for other uses.

looks like someone made it look like a bear the big part looks like the pinky side of a fist.

he is using a 5wt and bbb i saw these videos a few weeks back and headed straight to the field to practice. its alot easier on grass but i tried taking it to the water and it changes everything. look how effortless he casts. dont waste your time in a field take it to the water somewhere your not worried about spooking the hole.

and to be honest i dont really care. i go up there all the time even though i have seen it kicking around. it doesnt bother me, just thought i was doing the right thing by reporting it.

no after i spot the cougar twice and i call it in. there are no postings or warnings about it even though it is a fairly busy area. im just disapointed that they did not warn the public. calling it in was basiclly a waste of time.

there is another cougar in the city i have seen. hangs around bearspaw damn, seen him a couple times anywhere from the parking lot all the way down. called it in 2 months ago then agian last week. do they do anything? nope they are useless. i more or less got told off last time i called. they will realise when someone gets hurt or dies. but there is only so much a person can do.
