Was just kidding on the "are you new" comment anyways its all good, every now and then I need a friendly reminder.

Are you new? Around here its always the customers fault the guy working at that store is someone on this websites buddy, Im sure of it, Ive seen this one play out before. Anyways he was just a tool, I left because of the way he spoke to another customer. Ive been to that store before, I would never put an employee out by asking them a question or to see a product. Tried buying a belly boat there and the guy said " if your not going to buy it Im not getting it down for you" i tried to explain that I wanted to see it first and he never did get it down and or sell me that belly boat. Im an idiot for going back there and got what i deserved for doing so. Im not name dropping unless its good, just stick to the small shops (fish tales) were people still seem to give a crap. There are very few shops in town, trust me dude, youve been to this store and prolly wandered around wondering if anyone works there as well lol!!!!!

Went and tried on some waders last night. Hit up CP and tried some of those Orvis waders and some patagonias. The Pats felt better but I dont think i can get used to not having a pocket in the front of my waders, for me, while out fishing, everything goes in there. Kevin, your a great help, thank you, great customer service man!! Checked out another store (that i wont mention) and was fondly reminded why I NEVER GO THERE.............EVER!!! stood in the fly fishing section for no less than 20 minutes without one staff member showing there face until one customer stood there and started yelling (hello, is anyone working here?) finally one guy came slowly walking in and gave the guy attitude because...well.....he was in the bathroom and we as customers should all know that before hand regardless. The worker actually gave the guy attitude, dont worry guys working, he only wanted a salt water reel and line. This un mentioned store imo is a joke!!! I dont need anymore reminders, that will be it and sorry Reddington, I wasnt able to buy your waders because there was no one there to sell me any or let me try some on!!!!! you were there, hanging on the rack, I could see you, just couldnt get any help. I wouldve just taken you home but the guy at the front door with the rubber glove was eye balling me from a distance!!!!

I wanna tie flies just like you when I grow up!! that will be never so i guess ill just try tying the flies!!!!!!

last winter things were completely differant so some of those awesome Policemans spots may not be there anymore. surely theyve been replaced by other awesome spots, just get out there and start walking and fishing.

Size hasnt been there at all, tons of small fish 10-12" and only 2 that were threatening 20", 1 was over probably 22-24" anything big fish i saw was an infected zombie brown. In 05 the river came back great and there was little change, this flood was a game changer, besides the river still being there and us out fishing it everything has changed. Its like fishing a new piece of water. I explored more of the Bow in Sept and Oct than i ever have in my life. All old spot are now new spots, walking around is dangerous as all worn paths are gone and have been replaced with tons of debris and steep banks. I found getting to or into the water to be tough at times, be careful out there, especially now with all those sketchy looking ice shelves! Regardless its flyfishing and its awesome!!

Dang waders, I cant fish without them. Always a high ticket item for me. Will definitely check a couple of the pairs mentioned above and go from there. Was at fishtales as well awhile back, always good product and service there.

It was entertaining, I laughed out loud numerous times. I wish i would have been there to see it. Im just sorry CJ had his day ruined, you cant get days back CJ if your still guiding, I do a float or 2 per season. Will send you a PM next time Im planning trip.

I cant fix my waders, theyre not leaking on the seems, water seeps through the material at this point. I cant really afford new ones and havnt purchased waders in over 10 years. Can i get a good pair for 300? back in the day that would get you a plastic bag to wear and Im guessing prices havnt gone down!! For anyone that knows, what is the best cheap wader out there?? doesnt matter how much money Ive spent in the past they will leak eventually.

There was only one football game yesterday, the Broncos were playing!!!!!!!!! Just kidding, have three kids that play hockey, we dont watch tv on the weekends

with three kids that all play hockey, two at a high level, there really is no time for anything else!!

I wouldnt mind getting back into it either. never hunted big game but hunted birds for quite a long time. Now i have two sons and one of them is def an outdoorsman.

This is as far back as I went looking. I love these flies man! Is there a name or pattern that you could PM me for one of them? I really like the green one as well, the one with the green grizzly hackle for the tail I like flies that work and look cool!! I can tie a bit but yourself, no slack, silver doctor and a few others can really tie your ass's off!
