Loon stays a bit tacky, I dont like it for that reason. As soon as you touch it it leave and imprint of you're finger print on the head of the fly. To combat this I add head cement after to get that hard, shiny, slick feel to it. I wont buy it again once I'm out.

Its all about the camp fire man. Im against random camping, its not right, everyone should have to pay. Its just the way it is.

wow, the nerve of some people huh. just go ahead and move on in, good grief! Everyone should have to pay to camp, its the only thing that will keep you honest to a point. we still see paying camp grounds get left in a aweful shape.

As far a hooks go I try to use what the pattern calls for. I have and use #1, #2, #4 B10s stingers and or streamer hooks in sizes 2 and 4 with 3x long shanks.

TyGear, also had some old Toothy Critter that I used up as well. Both are a coated wire leader material.

Obviously they're flies. Found these in my Dads old tackle box, I know for fact he's never fly fished in his life. I guess my question is, where these used for fly fishing back in the day or something else?
