  1. I've never owned the 4, but I had the Mariner 3 about 10 years ago. You can't beat it for the price. I also have an old pontoon frame that one of the pontoons is blown out on and is beyond repair, so I mounted the frame to the Mariner. It worked great for 2 people on the bow or rowing on the lake. Lots of ideas for what people have done with that boat on youtube. Cabelas often carries the Mariner 3 and 4. I managed to pick up another Mariner 3 last year for $269.
  2. Try 4 Wheel parts or Cabelas. They both show up on your search and are both in Calgary. I believe 4 Wheel Parts is across from Bow Cycle
  3. Just to clarify, to save others the time googling as I did, It appears that both Marda Loop Community Association Hall and South Calgary Community Association are the same place. Perhaps the name has changed at some point in the past. Marda Loop Communities Association3130 - 16th Street SW Calgary, AB T2T 4G7 403.244.5411
  4. Pieroway Rods Unit 15, 1339 40th Ave NE
  5. I have some friends that named their dog Mykiss. I thought that was pretty good.
  6. I was in the fishin hole yesterday and they had quite a few sets
  7. Outcast makes a pontoon boat hoist system, or it would be pretty easy to pick up the components and make your own. http://www.outcastboats.com/accessories/boat-hoist-garage-storage-system.asp
  8. You will find the best camera reviews on the net at dpreview.com (in my humble opinion anyway) http://www.dpreview.com/previews/nikon-1-aw1 It is their top pick for best waterproof camera in December of 2014 http://www.dpreview.com/articles/3436829389/dpreview-recommends-best-waterproof-cameras Just FYI. It is not a SLR, but looks like a great camera.
  9. Great photo. Are you shooting only with GoPro? With most cameras you can change white balance. Take it off auto and use manual settings for the light conditions you’re in (ie. Sunlight). Polarizer is also great for helping those colors pop, which it seems you already have a handle on. You should be able to find a cheap or free older version of Photoshop Elements which will meet most of your editing needs. Once you find one, play with the sliders to better represent what you saw, but be careful as it is easy to overdo and make the photo look unnatural. Bumping the saturation a few points (5-9) will make those colors pop.
  10. Got mine at Fish Tales. Not sure if they still have any.
  11. I have just started using them on nymph rigs and am loving them. If I snag bottom or a branch, I rarely lose more than one fly and its a quick easy fix without loosing any length off my leader.
  12. I think Fish Tails has those in stock for under $300. Sweet net. I was thinking the same for when I find my boat. I was also looking at these. http://www.egos2slider.com/
