Went through one pair in less than a season, good thing about their one year warranty... And the little strap on the back of the boot seems to be a fly line magnet, drives me crazy... But they are definately one of the lightest boots out there.

I just load them into a couple of plano boxes. I carry a back pack so their big size (the boxes) is not an issue for me.

I am looking at building with Sabal Homes and I am just wondering if anyone has dealt with them at all, and whether or not you were satisfied with the end result? Any hiccups through the process? Thanks in advance!

They don't call coaches coaches for no reason...they do coach. They put together systems, decide on how the pp and pk should be played, put together lines, match lines with other teams lines, etc. To think that they just are there to motivate their players is short sighted. A determining factor with any team, sports related or not, is to have cohesion as a whole. You need everyone to believe in what your goals are and how to accomplish them. Yes, a good portion of doing that is having a coach who can motivate your players to believe in them. Some teams just don't have unity in them either, with cliques forming and what not, and no matter what coach you have behind the bench if the players aren't willing to work for their teammates all hope is lost. You take Chicago for example, they are all young, all growing up together, and are willing to fight next to the guy sitting next to them. Have to agree with Robert, hard to motivate someone to play when they are making millions. But on the other hand, they wouldn't have gotten to where they are at if they didn't love the game to begin with...if they don't love the game they should hang up their skates...

Nice pike Brian! Drew - When I fished Badger last year it took me a lot to decipher whether or not I was getting hits. Every so often it just felt like the slightest, and I mean barely noticable, hang up on weeds and I just continued retrieving. Then I started to set the hook on those and it produced a pike every time. Keep at it, and good luck!

I just went through the same dilemma...I went with the ZXL. Haven't fished it yet, but liked the idea of it being a little slower like you said for the type of fishing I plan on using it for.

Toolman, just a thought, but I guarantee that not a lot of people are going to be around sitting on there computer on their long weekend to bid on the items you're closing on Sat. Maybe stretch it into next week when people will have chance to rebid if they get out bid?

If you plan on using this in Alberta you may as well just publicly say that you are breaking the law...no point in saying you're experimenting. In my humble opinion...
