  1. WOW!!! Is Glenmore Reservoir ever full!! What is going on there??
  2. A lot cooler than I would have expected! Are you talking about the guys that wear a sun buff on their face and have no shirt on?
  3. Yes they are hah. Incredible that the Oldman/liv are not closed with those temps
  4. Well that's why I'm curious.. Are they really that high? They likely are, but it would be interesting to know
  5. Anyone get some mountain stream temp readings lately?
  6. Related, but unrelated. Anyone want to help me wrangle some elusive Alberta carp?
  7. Yes, a month ago FT was 20°C and LRDR was 24°C
  8. http://www.albertaregulations.ca/fishingregs/ Visit the regs for closures

  10. In an ideal world, OHV areas should not exist in the same areas that waterbodies occur.
  11. Wow unreal... Makes my blood boil. ****in' no words to describe that...
  12. Anyone here ever cast the 476 Epic glass rod? Was thinking about building one this winter for small to med streams

  16. Tigers can be found anywhere that has brooks and browns in the same system
  17. First they need to improve that 10-24 record in 1 run games.. and get in a playoff spot
  18. Check this out, Electro(fly)fishing! It's easy! You just need to charge up your rod, cast into a pool and the line will stun all the fish, then just stand downstream and net them all! JK of course, but apparently this is what happens when you stand under powerlines with a fly rod!
  19. Ya... hard to tell from the photos. If you're ever unsure then put it back. With the brook bull hybrids, look for pale spots on a dark background on the dorsal like these two: Full brooks typically have defined black spots on a lighter background on the dorsal like this guy: Credit to SeanD and vhawk for catching these fish... I don't actually ever catch fish
  20. Anyone want to take their kid in a backpack to a fishing lake this weekend?
