I think you're wrong. You can cite improvements all day, but the perception of an accident waiting to happen has been established and considering the pipeline is of little value to B.C. why should they take the risk. If you're sick of selling oil to the US why not promote a Canadian refinery to process and ship a finished product south. Mike

That is the major problem. It's nice to blame Big Oil, but a large percentage of the fault lies with our government for lax rules and regulations. Mike
