A friend has returned from an ocean trip and has given me a fillet of cod.
I don't eat fish,can't stand it.He says its the best and doesn't taste like fish at all.
My question is how should i cook this?I thought of just butter salt and pepper but if its fishy tasting its going to be wasted.So I'm looking for something to "kick it up" so it hides any fishy taste.
Any idea's?
