    Time for someone to open a poll on just how many rods we all have. I'd say the 3 and 6 is a good bet if you could only have 2. The 3 is fun for smaller creeks and the 6 is a good all purpose.

    We have these in Ontario. I found one on the wall of a Baskins and Robins. Huge inscets and super cool. I'm not sure how they would fair in an Alberta climate?

    Same fish or it's twin looks healthier in the second pic acctually. Good eye for noticing that.

    I seen this idea years ago on Discovery and have been wondering about these hooks. It would be great to replace the barbed hooks in the Alberta shops when they aren't even legal to fish with.

    RIO has a great video, it's 240 minutes long but compreensive. Loop has a good video out as well with Kjell Ove instructing some basic spey casts.

    10,000 bucks is a nice fine, but a lifetime ban would be more appropriate I think. Glad to see some fines handed out at least.

    Another program you can use is Irfan viewer. Just using the resize options. It also allows you to batch the resize, so you can save time if you have lots of pics.

    If you don't have a program like photoshop that you can use to reduce the size, try one of the photo hosting sites like photobucket or flickr.com (Recommended) and just use the image link.

    If you look closely, I think it's his rod and reel in the reflection. It took a minute to make it out though

    Driver are bad in Toronto as well. Last time it snowed 20+cm we had over 1600 accidents. What about Vancouver when it snows there?
