matt1984 Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 on a more serious note about the first pic, is that on the indian graves road? I've got almost the same pic of a goat with it's head down a bg hole on that road. Quote
Jeffro Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Well the first one is a bighorn in a rather unique pose for the camera and the second one is some bone strucure from a terrestrial mammal, no idea without having some different angles to work with. I'll have to dig through some photos to see if I can add any intriguing oddities. Quote
Current Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 It's a cow skull! You can see the horn pointing down and to the left in the first pic. Also the nasal cavity in the middle. Quote
SanJuanWorm Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Pythagoras, I find it funny you pimped your rod in this pic. Good on ya. Quote
Pythagoras Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 I put the rod up for sizing (and, well ya, a little pimping...lol). I thought it was a cow head at first but it seems pretty big for that.... Quote
Jeffro Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Possibly a buffalo skull depending on where you were. Might have been an old buffalo jump nearby Quote

rhuseby Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 Okay, now where are my rubber boots and velcro gloves? Only someone as disturbed as me would take that shot.! Quote
Jeffro Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 ding ding ding yes mat it is a goat with it's head in a hole on the indian graves rd........ whats up with that eh? Not a goat, but a bighorn sheep. Maybe these pics will help Bighorn Sheep Mountain Goat Quote
troutlover Posted July 28, 2007 Author Posted July 28, 2007 AHHHHH who cares! Goat, sheep, they both do the trick on a dark lonely winters night out on the ranch. Quote
