DonAndersen
Chris... They are very good. I like them better than any trout except for BROOKIES. Years ago, I ate dozens of them. Don
Villageidiot
Everything i've ever heard has been that they are quite delicious. I think the ones that would taste the best are the reservoir fish in BC. Feeding on miniature sockeye all their lives... they must be damn tasty. Smitty
Ate some out of Copton Creek as a kid in the 80's before the ban. I remember distinctly not liking them at all. Smitty
Flyfisher
Bull trout sandwiches, mucho delicioso or anyway you eat it for that matter. Especially bull trout from Kootenay Lake or those from Lake Kookanusa. How could they not be, think about it, these fish eat primarily Kokanee salmon. Vagabond
Highwood bulls taste muddy but Upper Oldman bulls 8-14" long, rolled in flour, sizzled in bacon grease, washed down with Molson...breakfast of champs.....most important meal of the day,9 outta 10 dentists recommend, exceeds daily Omega 3 requirements, you'll be catching cutties in your teeth and fending off grizz encounters with yer urine.....try it!!

shredneck
Bull trout = not good eating. Mushy and oily.
lad
Bull trout = not good eating. Mushy and oily. Exactly. Could not of said it better. That is why so many fisherman hated them not so long ago. Figured they ate all the "good eating" trout and were terrible table fair themselves.
