yeah, but where do you work - dont answer that. there in lies the problem. very few people there will ever make more than $16/hr i'm not in oil and gas and i make nearly 70% more than when i first started (6 yrs ago), not including over time and possible but not guaranteed bonuses. when i worked at the same place you do, the starting wage was $8.25/hr i have heard recently it was around $12. so in 2 years the wages there have gone up what 25%. not bad considering it is retail, which is usually min wage anyway
