  1. Useless for most of us then.
  2. Make a list you can send out by email, take pictures of everything and post pictures.
  3. Here are a couple of Fly Fishermen disagreeing on the merits of classic Dry Flies versus fishing with foam hoppers. A hot contention on our waters, then there is Dry Fly verses nymphs and streamers…….. Grrr, don’t get me started. I now try to carefully change my flies in the bush then hide them in my hand to avoid fistfights.
  4. Beauties, excellent floss work
  5. I didn't go out this year but received a couple of pheasants from a friend.
  6. As we are a fly fishing community and As we are a fly fishing community and always concerned with stewardship, it would be wonderful if in exchange you published some results here as in exchange for member participation. I speak only for myself here.
  7. Its a Google survey so should be safe. Looks more geared to Europe so don't think it benefits us at all.
  8. With my 2 stroke I just add stabilizer, to the fuel, make sure all water is drained and change the lower leg oil in the spring.
  9. Toppings drive me crazy.
  10. Great stuff
  11. I've gone in a few times, see no need to cut your waders as I think it would water log you and act as a sea anchor putting you in more danger. I went in once after getting swept off my feet getting hit by an underwater log moving under the surface. Went into about 8 feet of water. After the initial shock I found I was floating high very nicely with my legs up. Must have traveled 200 yards before I hit a shallow stretch that I could stand up in. An inflatable west is a good Idea on big waters.
  12. Your shop is dangerous. Its close to my place, has a great selection and I've already spent a bunch of $. Loveing it.
  13. Have taken a few plunges over the years, it seems to happen occasionally. What has helped considerably is wading staffs. They keep you steady in those situations where things are unbalanced and allow you to feel the depth and water speed more easily.
  14. Them is is fish getters for sure.
