if anyone has a fear of falling into a river and not knowing what to do ...I would look into a basic swift water rescue course ! inflatable vests are great for still water but not rated for moving water . I would rather carry a throw bag or wear a life jacket than a inflatable vest . this is a great vest for fishing on rivers http://www.nrs.com/product/21501/nrs-chinook-mesh-back-fishing-pfd

I think a lot of them will be stuck in back channels and canals and any low lying areas this is much bigger than 2005 so who knows what will happen as soon as its back down to a normal level I plan on floating it

To bad the rock snot is on the way for the ones that spawn in the bow The suff kills a lot of fry

I love having a fighting butt I put them on all the rods I build i find that it saves your reel when you set your rod on end

we can all help stop the spread my cleaning our gear before going to the next stream not looking forward to the rock snot showing its ugly face on the bow this year .......
