So I ended up wearing some long john's with jogging pants over top. Was cozy as could be on the Crow yesterday afternoon/evening. Caught 6, including a couple nice bows. Man those Crow Bow's are gorgeous!!
The only logical explanation... must've been the waders.
thanks for the tips boys!
Finally got myself a pair of Wardell breathables today! Planning on hitting the Crow tomorrow.. forecast says +5 for the afternoon.
How much do I need to wear underneath? Will one pair of long john's be enough or should I put some jogging pants over those as well?
For moving water.. I enjoyed the Scientific Anglers series with Doug Swisher (Rick Hafele is in one of them talking about some basic entomology as well):

That's what they do in the Timmy's in my building (and most all I've been too for that matter) actually. 1 person takes the order, a different person pours the coffee, and a third person gets the food if needed.
CDock and I have been tossing around the idea of taking a summer trip down to the Madison one of these years.
Today it popped into my head that maybe we can incorporate one of our summer camping trips with our family's. Go down and camp in Montana and the girls maybe can do a spa day or something while we're out fishing.
Anyone have any experience with, or know of any good campgrounds around the Madison?
I stumbled across this site: http://www.moonlightbasin.com/explore/summ...ry_camping.html
I don't see any prices listed though and that usually means you have to take out a loan to pay for it..! Besides.. it really isn't 'camping' anyways!
Here's the article rickr is referring to:
