No! This was done by Kerry Pitt, in honour of a fallen K9 Police dog in BC. It done with hair from Fischer the German Shepherd. These guys go out Fly fishing with me all winter, Fischer more then Thor the Golden, for various reasons, they need all the fur then can grow, and by the time spring comes around, I just want to get rid of all the fur they sheds, worse then a yak I think..

Any time I come in contact with Diddiemoe I clean, which is usually on the lower Crow and OMR.. I have seen, not fished the Bow, but have seen the diddy on that river and wondered how many Bow River Fishers go to clean mountain streams and wade right in. So by your standards RickR you would rather fish that extra time for the time being until the river sys becomes overwhelmed and then go someplace else, is that about right? I washed my boots today and it took 15minutes of actual wash time, and then a soak time of 40 minutes and now they are drying..

How many of you Bow river Bumblers clean your gear after coming of that sewage flow and hit the mountain streams ? Gear explained for some - felts, boots, waders, tailing gloves, lines, flies, sneakers, jeans etc... Before you ask - yes I do every forking time!!!!

man those Bow River Browns are anemic, you all need to pump more pooo in the river to fatten them up!!!! Nice little fishes good to see the river turn on for you all..

Well I believe that the Ideal weight for the Bow river is about 160 - 180Lb and that is without added Fly Fishing gear.. Anymore then that and you will not last the day fly fishing as the Bow is a big river, any less and you risk getting punked by the grade school class skippers that hang around there to smoke dope or stolen Players lights.. Add the necessary Fly gear and you would go about 220lb heavy enough to stand the current if you are brave or dumb enough to actually get in the water and heavy enough if you are a lazy bastard and get a guide to row you fat aZz down the river make the bugger work for his money!!!.. If this post was about the weight of a fly rod for the river then I don't know or careless... Brookies Forever!!!!

Honest reply there are no invasivies only introduced species!!!! Who have taken advantage of the opportunity that was given them. They will not leave the park boundaries anyway !!!!!!!

I hope you are brighter around water then those methane excreting bovine beasts you are so fond of.. The one thing that truly make me disrespect cows is their fondness for standing in water drinking said water, while they PIZZ it out the other end!!! I can see it now - Taco standing on his Float tube in Police Lake dipping his rusty lead drinking cup in the lake while he is PIZZing in a westerly direction!!
