I picked up a pair of the Simms Freestone waders over at The Fishin Hole for $229 last summer. Beats the crap outta the last pair of waders I had. I'll likely never buy a different manufacturer. If their "low end" waders are this good and durable, I can only imagine what their other lines are like.

I have a TFO Signature Series 7'6" 4 piece 3wt, a TFO Signature Series 8'6" 4 piece 5wt, and a Sage Launch 9'0" 4 piece 6wt, and have the Amundson TXS reel on all of them. Love this reel. Smooth drag, silent retrieve, and you get a hell of a reel for the price. I couldn't be happier with them.

Best bet. Cast them both. The Fly Fishing Expo is coming up at the end of the month, so you will be able to try them both out without having to travel to different shops to do it. Fish more with some new friends 7. Fish more with some old friends 8. Fish the foothills more 9. Get a job that will offer me the time to do all that........or win the lottery.

My 2010 was much better than my 2009. More on the dry on the Bow, some of my biggest fish were in 2010. I can't wait to get out there to start off 2011! Here's hoping to a more consistent year, with a good run off to kick off the season, not four or five different run offs.....lol

I've never fished there. Have thought about it numerous times, but never had the time. I signed. Only takes a few seconds. Minutes at the MOST.
