Just smart phones and editing apps. I've been with the Samsung Galaxy line since the galaxy S2, then upgraded to the S4, now I have the Note 3. Few of the not so clear pics were even taken with my blackberry awhile back. Love the camera on my Note! But now it's time for a DSLR. Quote
jgib01 Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I was briefly using an old Canon G9 this year, before I took a swim and ended up with a big waterspot on the internals of the lens. I have an Android Moto phone that I carry with me (mainly for GPS) that takes mediocre photos. I'm hoping to pick up a decent waterproof point & shoot (maybe boxing day?). I love the idea of an DSLR for photo quality but not crazy about size factor, and just can't see my clumsiness disappearing any time soon either. Quote

I've dropped point and shoots, dipped my camcorder in from around my neck trying to cross the Highwood once, and fully submerged cellphones that I accidentally forgot to take out of my pockets before wet wading in the summer. Sometimes, ok maybe all the time, all I think about is the fishing. Quote
