  4. The regulations state: Releasing Prohibited Fish You must immediately release every fish that cannot be legally kept because of species, catch limit, size limit or other regulation, without exception, even if the fish is injured or dead. When the fish is alive, you must release it in a manner that causes the least harm to the fish. The definition of Immediately is "without interval of time ". I would guess that for a large number of the pictures taken of Prohibited Fish and posted on this site, an "interval of time" was required after catching the fish in order to get the picture. I would then say that is breaking the law. Careful what you wish for. Some people can be real sticklers.

  14. You sure you didn't grow up on the south side of Edmonton? Your story sounds very familiar only we used hockey gear, ran around the bush and would get chased by the cops periodically. We were real gangsters, not like these wanna be kids nowadays. On the positive side, my older brother shot me in the head with pellet gun when I was 14. That was the day the beatings begun.

  21. From: http://www.mytelus.com/ncp_news/article.en...ticleID=3002538 Accused of passing gas, man charged with battery SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A West Virginia man who police said passed gas and fanned it toward a patrolman has been charged with battery on a police officer. Jose A. Cruz, 34, of Clarksburg, was pulled over early Tuesday for driving without headlights, police said. According to the criminal complaint, Cruz smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and failed three field sobriety tests before he was handcuffed and taken to a police station for a breathalyzer test. As Patrolman T.E. Parsons prepared the machine, Cruz scooted his chair toward Parsons, lifted his leg and "passed gas loudly," the complaint said. Cruz, according to complaint, then fanned the gas toward the officer. "The gas was very odorous and created contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Patrolman Parsons," the complaint alleged. He was also charged with driving under the influence, driving without headlights and two counts of obstruction. Cruz acknowledged passing gas, but said he didn't move his chair toward the officer nor aim gas at the patrolman. He said he had an upset stomach at the time, but police denied his request to go to the bathroom when he first arrived at the station. "I couldn't hold it no more," he said. He also denied being drunk and uncooperative as the police complaint alleged. He added he was upset at being prepared for a breathalyzer test while having an asthma attack. The police statement said he later resisted being secured for a trip to a hospital that he requested for asthma treatment. Cruz said the officers thought the gas incident was funny when it happened and laughed about it with him. "This is ridiculous," he said. "I could be facing time."
  22. A very loud, unattractive, mean-acting Calgarian woman walks into Wal-Mart with her two kids in tow, screaming obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. The Wal-Mart Greeter says, "Good morning and welcome to Wal-Mart ...Nice children you've got there - are they twins?" The ugly Calgarian woman stops screaming long enough to say, "Hell no they ain't, the oldest one, he's 9 and the younger one, she's 7. Why the hell would you think they're twins? . . . . . . Are you blind or just stupid? Do you really think they look alike?" "No", replies the greeter . "I just couldn't believe you got laid twice!"
  23. No, but you may want to try this: http://www.nor-vise.com/multimedia/video.htm or this http://www.youtube.com/norvise
