  16. I see this thread being buried like every one before it because of BS attacks.....this point is that discussing it here and not doing anything else in places that matters accomplish nothing.

  20. Something that seems to have been lost in this case is the use of firearms and waterfowl which both fall under federal juristiction, this case was obviously plea bargained which I don't agree with when firearms are involved in the crime committed. The original intent in our current gun laws is a mandatory minimum sentence when a firearm is used in a crime, unfortunately this plea bargained in most every case. This case is to similar to crimes against people, robbery, assault etc. No wonder law enforcement is frustrated with the justice system
  21. Keep in mind guys undergoing a background check prior to engaging in a project like this is highly recommended and in my opinion should be mandatory. As for bringing this to media attention I would suggest contacting admin on this first.
  22. I heard that the max for this ooffense was a million in fines and 3yrs in prison.
  23. Dumb as bricks are found everywhere, Ontario doesn't have a monopoly on them. I've been to many places in this world and have seen so much that is unbelievable that it would make your head spin.
  24. The fines and penalties are a joke, more proof that the courts have little regard for the laws over which they reside.
