  1. Citoris are pretty slick. I got a pair of Redington Sonic Pro waders with the zipper so I can relieve myself in comfort.
  2. Incredible pictures, Adrienne. Altogether excellent. They really make me miss home.
  3. X3. Absolutely gorgeous pics as always, Steve.
  4. Thanks for the response, Alex. It helps a lot. I'll see if I can get me hands on some of those books.
  5. Hey all, I'm moving to Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario in a few weeks for grad school and I will be taking a couple of weeks to drive out and hopefully do some fishing along the way. This is the approximate route I am thinking of taking: http://goo.gl/maps/G6YF I'm looking for any input you might have in fishing one or all of these places. My first stop will be in the Manitoba Parkland. I have no experience fishing there and most of the reports I've seen have focused on spring or fall. I'll be going during August so if anyone has recommendations for lakes that still produce quite well during the heat of the summer I would really appreciate it. Looking for lakes with multiple species or large fish. The kinds of places that make that region more unique. I will also be driving through North Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. If anyone can give me any recommendations regarding those states that would be super appreciated as well. Thank you to anyone that can provide me any advice. Cheers, Cory
  6. Nice! Pike on the fly are so much fun.
  7. Those are wicked sweet shots! Thanks for posting!
  8. Great pics man, thanks for posting. Must be neat to learn everything all over again, but I'm sure everyone who leaves misses home.
  9. Great shots as always Max. Thanks!
  10. I don't know that I would refer to our oilsands as entirely ethical, but it sure as hell is A LOT better than oil from just about anywhere else.
  11. If you're referring to the 2 photos I think you're referring to (first 2 in second last post), yes the fish did have vermiculations and blue halos as they appear in the photo. It's also supposed to be a bull...or brown given the stream. As you may have noticed I have an affection for the small stuff Don't think I'll make it through the winter without hitting the Bow, though...
  12. I didn't get out nearly as much as I would have liked to, but I still had an alright season this year. Not very many big fish, but I definitely got some much needed serentiy when I went out. Here are some pictures from my season (took me a while to get around to this) in a semi-reverse order.
  13. Thanks for posting, Dave. I love seeing pictures from New Zealand.
  14. Love the photos Clive. Not many people North of Calgary realize we have rattlers in the province.
  15. Wicked pictures man. Some great shots, look like a lot of happy memories there. I too like the pictures with the fish in the foreground and the flyfisher in the background.
  16. Decent!
  17. Great pics, thanks for sharing!
  18. That looks absolutely brutal.
