Have you tried pointing this out to some of the Canadian dealers that are doing the gouging? I'd be curious about what they'd have to say for themselves! You'd probably get the typical "we don't give a rat's @ss.. go buy it down there then" response.. but if they start losing enough business they might be forced to change their minds!

I personally define a quality fishery as anything like the Bow River. Having a chance at catching 20"+ trout EVERY time out is down right amazing!

Don, that was 2007.
But 90% of the fish were 6-8 inches. or so.... .. small...
Only about 20 fish were even over 10 inches. I did get some tanks, yes... but keeping small fish off the hook was almost annoying...
Basically if I remember right I got about 10 in the 12-14 inch class, and then about 5 at 18-19 inches, and then 5 pigs. 3 at 24", one at 26", and a 28"
The bigguns were pretty thick and healthy looking.
Probably having a great time chowing down on all the little dinks..

i'd want to see a clinic on how to catch fish out of wedge pond. been there like 4-5 times without a dang fish landed.
