  1. I am totally lost on this one.
  2. Hi Dutch Hiawatha is easy to find. Headed west on #3 take a left on #507. Cross the bridge over the crow and continue on for a few hundred meters and take a right. There should be a sign. Close to river, has showers, elec., water, and a playground for the tykes. This will really help my wife when I am fishin!!!!! Nice little camp ground with new ownership. Spoke to Doug yesterday and he was very nice. Google for phone #. Hope this helps. Rob
  3. Found out Hiawatha is still a go and made reservations. Been there the past few years on advice from Dryfly and like it. Thanks again all. Rob.W
  4. Thanks for all the input guys!!! I knew booking late would be a problem.
  5. Hi all. Wanting some info on Lost Lemon. Wanting to head south next week for a bit of fisin and relaxation. Checked the website and some pics look good and others do not show a lot of shade for the hot days. Wife, I, and my 2 little guys in a tent trailer. Another couple may be joining us. Like the proximity to the Crow. Used to hit Hiawatha but it is done. I don't mind ruffin er but, with the family, I need the amenities . Suggestions????? Any other c.grounds with power, water etc, fairly close by? Thanks in advance
  6. Yes and no. If the dry is small and you drop a weighted fly, you know the answer. Most are using a dropper rig being a smaller unweighted, other than bead perhaps, nymph ( 14-20) under an attractor dry or something in the larger size. Common bow river hopper dropper rig for me is a # 6 hopper, yellow stimmy etc., attached to 24" of 4x to a bh nymph size 14-16. Good way to fish banks and runs. The nymph usually wins.
  7. Anchor I go 15lb. pyramid style. I think a 12 would also do.
  8. I have been told I have a hard head!!! Not Hermans, but, other stairs indeed.
  9. Ah Capers. There are a few of us around these parts eh bi.
  10. I could be in on this as details are set.
  11. What did you go with? How is it?
  12. Keep that SPOT to yourself!! hush hush!
  13. I meant hook not hood!
  14. Peak, Peak peak-a-boo. LK I can attest to the Peak being very solid in the 180.00 range. Wide range of hood capacities. IMO Cheers rob
