  2. A virile, young Italian gentlemen named Guido was relaxing at his favorite bar in Rome when he managed to attract a spectacular young blonde woman. Things progressed to the point where he invited her back to his apartment and, after some small talk, they retired to his bedroom where he rattled her senseless. After a pleasant interlude he asked with a smile, "So, you finish?" She paused for a second, frowned, and replid, "No." Surprised, Guido reached for her and the rattling resumed. This time she thrashed about wildly and there were screams of passion. The sex finally ends and, again, Guido smiles and asks, "You finish?" Again, after a short pause, she returns his smile, cuddles closer to him and softly says, "No." Stunned, but damned if this woman is going to outlast him, Guido reaches for the woman yet again. Using the last of his strength, he barely manages it, but they end together screaming, bucking, clawing and ripping the bed sheets. Exhausted, Guido falls onto his back, gasping. Barely able to turn his head, he looks into her eyes, smiles proudly and asked again, "You finish?" Barely able to speak, the beautiful blonde whispers in his ear, "No, I Norwegian."
  3. Oh goody, here comes the petunias, thanks Paul :P
  4. Intriguing set of numbers. I've also seen the other set of numbers, I suspect reality is about half way between.
  5. Well..just so we're straight on that part
  6. No rules about what time of the day or what weather conditions you can irrigate but my water license was for xx acre feet, about 18" per acre. It takes about 24" of water to grow 2 average cuts of alfalfa and the average growing season rainfall where I was in Southern Alberta is about 6"-8" so it was in my best interests to conserve what I could of my water allotment, particularly in a drought year.
  7. Well aware of the coming water wars Don. Remember, I was an irrigator @ one time as well as a fisherman so I know better than most both sides of the issue.. My large comment is for current crop of One Post Wonders.
  8. What? I suppose you want me to wear a hat that says "I'm that ***hat Taco"
  9. I know people who use Pledge and swear by it. Some of their equipment looks better than mine but then again some of mine is 50 yrs old. It doesn't have to been much but routine maintenance is the key.
  10. The WD-40 web site states that it is a petroleum based product
  11. Warm water, mild dish washing detergent and soft cotton rags, old toothbrush for scrubbing dirty cork, I'll use some bleach in the water if the cork really stained, wash, rinse and dry thoroughly. Use Q-tips and rubbing alcohol to clean the ferules, male and female. On heavily used or older rods every once in awhile I've been known to use some turtle car polish to restore the luster. Clean, lube and polish my reels when I get into the mood too. I use Quantum Hot Sauce reel lube.
  12. Could of been you Smitty and my sense of recollection is all messed up as per usual, no biggy, if you wanna get rid of that broomstick you let me know.. Just a comment on my bizarre taste in fly rods. 8' and over I like very stiff very fast graphite, hell if I could afford it I'd buy all new Sage TCXs and 8' and under, extra slow flex to the cork 1974 technology fiberglass.
  13. Who the hell was I talking to @ the breakfast that wanted to trade an RPL+ 5 for a 6 wt? I may have a lead on one, PM me. Quite a contradiction huh? Long plastic cannons and short floppy glass
  14. Yo Steve, as per your comment regarding Mr. R. Reeves; considering the source I ain't gonna worry aboudit much.. Lookin' forward to the flowery pics
